About this event

The Hydrogen Society of Australia’s Annual General Meeting is set for Tuesday 23rd April 2024, 12:45 pm to 01:30 pm AWST. This hybrid event will be based in Perth, with the proceedings broadcast live online.

Perth-based members are welcome to join for networking before and after the AGM over tea, coffee and light nibbles. The networking sessions will be 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm, and 1:30 pm to 2:00pm AWST.

The AGM serves as a pivotal moment for us to come together as a community and reflect on the achievements, challenges, and future endeavours of HSA. Your presence and participation are highly valued as we discuss key decisions, elect board members, and outline our strategic direction for the upcoming year.

2024 AGM program

12:00 – 12:45 pm: Arrival and Networking [in-person]
12:45 – 01:30 pm: 2024 HSA AGM [in-person and online]
01:30 – 02:00 pm: Networking and Conclusion [in-person]

Agenda items for the AGM include:

1. Review of the past year’s performance and accomplishments.
2. Financial report and budget presentation.
3. Election of board members (if applicable).
4. Discuss future goals and initiatives, Including addresses from each State Chapter Leader.
5. Q&A session for members to voice their thoughts and concerns.

Your input and engagement are integral to the success and growth of HSA. We encourage you to actively participate in the discussions and contribute your insights during the Q&A session to shape our collective journey forward.
