David Cavanagh is Managing Director of Integrated Energy and Chief Hydrogen Officer of Hydrogen West and Hydrogen East. In addition to delivering a range of West Australian and Australian projects, and related Australian standards, David and his company have been recently selected for a significant project in Asia Pacific.
David represents Australia on the International Standards Organisation (ISO) working party for hydrogen refuelling. He supported the Australian presence at the United Nations COP26 in the UK and COP27 in Egypt. He has delivered training and consulting for the WTO in Geneva, UN in Bangkok, as well as Federal, State and Regional governments across Australia.

Davyd Hooper is Chief Executive Officer of Top Group, and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hydrogen West, and a Director of Hydrogen East. Davyd is a successful entrepreneur and business operator having launched a number of start-ups, as well as developing a strategically positioned network of roadhouses associated with retail stores, restaurants and service businesses. He is an advocate in shaping the role of hydrogen in transforming the transport sector in WA.
With Hydrogen West, Davyd and his team plan to position themselves as leaders in the green hydrogen energy market for transport with a network of roadhouses across WA from Perth to the Pilbara and Goldfields, and together with partners, nationally with Hydrogen East.
