Celebrate the festive season with the Hydrogen Society of Australia at our annual XMAS Networking and Presentation event, our final event of the year!
This event is open to both members and non-members, offering a welcoming space to connect with professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts from across Western Australia’s thriving hydrogen community.
Enjoy a relaxed evening with light finger foods, while gaining valuable insights into the WA hydrogen industry. The program includes presentations from prominent industrial players, who will showcase exciting hydrogen projects underway in WA. Presentations will be held in person at the Royal Perth Yacht Club and broadcast online via Zoom for those unable to attend in person.
Event Highlights:
🌟 In-Person & Online Access: Attend face-to-face at the prestigious Royal Perth Yacht Club or join the presentations via Zoom.
🍴 Light Finger Food and Refreshments: To enjoy while you mingle and network with the rest of the WA hydrogen community. Cost is included in the modest fee for the in-person attendees.
🚤 Optional Boat Cruise: A boat curise has been organised for those who have expressed interest. Integrated Energy has graciously offered to organise the cruise and cover all associated expenses.

Adam Osseiran – HSA President, Chairperson of the Scientific Advisory Board at BrainChip Holdings Ltd
Adam Osseiran will join the event to deliver the Welcome Ceremony along with an overview of HSA’s goals and objectives.
Chairperson of the Scientific Advisory Board at BrainChip Holdings Ltd, Adam Osseiran is an innovator, entrepreneur, and academic. An adjunct Professor at the University of Western Australia, he also serves as President of the HSA and co-founder/chair of Innovate Australia. Before moving to Australia from Switzerland, Adam led collaborative projects between industry, academia, and government, co-founding startups in environmental monitoring, sustainable energy, and AI neuromorphic technologies.
Isaac Hinton – InterContinental Energy
The world’s largest renewable hydrogen project the Western Green Area Hub has seen significant progress reaching public comment as part of environmental approvals. The project partners include InterContinental Energy, Mirning Green Energy Limited, and CWP. We are pleased to have Isaac Hinton of InterContinental Energy join this event and provide a global hydrogen perspective on hydrogen and why he believes Western Australia is so well suited for hydrogen production and use.
Chloe Argyle (Director, Equity Capital Markets, Ethica Capital)
Chloe will share her perspectives from attending the recent UN COP in Azerbaijan and also a little on the process by which hydrogen projects can be funded.
David Cavanagh (HSA WA Chapter Chair, MD Integrated Energy and Chief Hydrogen Officer, Hydrogen West and Hydrogen East)
David will speak about significant developments relevant to hydrogen in WA over the last year, and look ahead for next years program of HSA WA Chapter hydrogen initiatives.
