Corporate Expo Space – Australia Hydrogen Day 2025

A new feature of the Australia Hydrogen Day 2025 celebration is the Corporate Expo Space, designed to give enterprises a dedicated platform to showcase their hydrogen-related projects, products, services, research, and innovations. 

This initiative brings visibility to the work of organisations across Australia and provides an opportunity for knowledge sharing with policymakers, academics, students, industry professionals, and the community.

Enterprises are invited to participate in the Expo by exhibiting their products, services, and/or project(s). Each participant must submit a display description and product/service/project explanation through the HSA portal prior to the event.

• Hydrogen storage

• HSE and risk management

• Reporting

Display Format

Participating organisations may bring:

1. Pull-up / retractable banner stands of standard sizes (e.g. 610 × 1520 mm) or similar.

2. Other approved display materials that clearly present the company’s hydrogen-related projects, products, or services.

Participation Requirements

• Submission: A display description and product/service explanation must be uploaded to the event portal before the event.

• Donation: All companies participating in the Corporate Expo Space are invited to provide a donation to HSA in support of the event (amount open). Access Donation Page here

• Installation: Organisations are responsible for bringing and setting up their own display materials. Installation must be completed one hour before the event opening.

Important Dates

• Display description submission deadline:  5 October 2025

• Final confirmation of participation: 5 October 2025

All approved display submissions will be archived as part of the HSA Knowledge Centre, unless the submitting organisation requests otherwise.
